Manage your subscription and payments from the Billing page.
Viewing Your Subscription
See your current:
- Subscription tier
- Number of users
- Monthly cost
- Next billing date
- Asset and user limits
Updating Payment Method
- Click "Manage Subscription" on Billing page
- Update credit card details
- Save new payment method
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade:
- New features activate immediately
- You're charged a prorated amount
- Asset limits increase right away
Downgrading or Canceling
You can downgrade or cancel anytime:
- Changes take effect at end of billing period
- No partial refunds on downgrades
- Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation

View past invoices and download receipts from the Customer Portal.
