CSV Import for Premium Users
If you're on the Premium or Enterprise plan, you can import hundreds of assets at once using our CSV import feature.
Preparing Your CSV File
Your CSV file should include these columns:
- name (required)
- description
- serialNumber
- category
- manufacturer
- model
- purchaseDate
- purchasePrice
- vendor
- location
- status
Import Process
- Go to Utilities > Import
- Select "Assets" tab
- Upload your CSV file
- Map CSV columns to asset fields
- Preview the import
- Click "Import" to complete
Tips for Success
- Use consistent category and manufacturer names
- Ensure dates are in YYYY-MM-DD format
- Test with a small file first
- Review the import results for any errors
