Error Message Reference
Here's what common error messages mean and how to fix them:
"Asset limit reached"
Meaning: You've reached your subscription tier's asset limit.
Solution: Upgrade your subscription or delete unused assets.
"User limit reached"
Meaning: No more team members can be added on your current plan.
Solution: Upgrade to a plan with more user seats.
"Barcode already assigned"
Meaning: This barcode is already attached to another asset.
Solution: Generate a new barcode or unassign the existing one first.
"Permission denied"
Meaning: Your user role doesn't have access to this feature.
Solution: Contact your workspace admin for elevated permissions.
"Session expired"
Meaning: You've been logged out due to inactivity.
Solution: Simply log in again.
"Network error"
Meaning: Connection to server was interrupted.
Solution:
- Check internet connection
- Refresh the page
- Try again in a few moments
"File too large"
Meaning: Uploaded file exceeds 10MB limit.
Solution: Reduce file size or split into multiple uploads.
