User Roles & Permissions
Manage team access with role-based permissions.
Admin Role
Full access to all features:
- Manage all assets and barcodes
- Invite and remove team members
- Access billing and subscriptions
- Modify workspace settings
- View all reports and analytics
Member Role
Standard user access:
- View and edit assets
- Generate and scan barcodes
- Create reports
- Cannot access billing or team management
Changing Roles
- Go to Team page
- Find the team member
- Click edit
- Select new role
- Save changes
Removing Users
Admins can remove team members at any time. The user will lose access to your workspace immediately.
