Collaborative Asset Management
TrackMyAssets is designed for teams. Here's how to get your team set up:
Inviting Team Members
- Navigate to the "Team" page in the sidebar
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Admin or Member)
- Click "Send Invitation"
User Roles
Owner: Full access including billing and team management
Admin: Can manage assets, users, and settings (no billing access)
Member: Can view and edit assets (no admin access)
Managing Invitations
Pending invitations appear in the Team page. You can:
- Resend invitations that haven't been accepted
- Cancel pending invitations
- Change user roles after they've joined
Team Limits
The number of team members you can add depends on your subscription tier:
- Free: 1 user
- Standard: Up to 5 users
- Business: Unlimited users
- Premium/Enterprise: Unlimited users with advanced features
